On September 2, 2018, VOCALRACHA made an unofficial debut with the video called "Woojin X Seungmin X I.N" as part of the SKZ-PLAYER series, showcasing the unit's singing skills.
Following Woojin's departure from the group on October 27, 2019, VOCALRACHA remained as a 2-member unit.
They performed "My Universe", their first song as a unit, on November 23, 2019 during the Seoul concert of their first world tour, "District 9 : Unlock". Since the repackage album IN LIFE including the song, they occasionally release or perform songs as an unit.
