Mixtape : OH (애 ae) is the sixth Korean digital single by South Korean boy group Stray Kids. It was released on June 26, 2021.

It was featured on their second studio album NOEASY as the fourteenth and last track on August 23, 2021.

Background

On June 15, 2021, JYP Entertainment reported that they would prepare to release a new digital single as part of the "Mixtape Project" in late June. No further information was given and the single was released without any promotion on June 26. The concept pictures were released the next day.

The appearance of Hyunjin in the music video and the concept pictures marked his return to group activities after his hiatus, which he was undergoing since February 26. The agency confirmed his official return on the day of the release.

SKZOO goods themed after the single were available for pre-order from July 14 to 21, 2021.

Composition

“	In this new song, Stray Kids honestly reveal their inner feelings about falling in love. The title "OH" refers to a child and at the same time means the Chinese character "愛 wo" (love). Using a word with a double meaning as the theme, they expressed their feelings of resentment and frustration at themselves for being clumsy and immature towards the person they like, and for constantly acting like a child when confronted to love. In particular, the team's producing group 3RACHA participated in writing lyrics and composing the song, taking full advantage of Stray Kids' unique yet soft and powerful charm. Unlike the addictive melody based on reggaeton rhythm, the lyrics that represent the anguished mind and the rap that is recited with no effort create a heterogeneous feeling while doubling the immersion of the listeners. With lyrics that will make anyone who has ever been in love nod their heads, such as "Even if I prepare what I want to say, it disappears somewhere and I end up just talking nonsense," and "Even if I make plans for you one step further, I'm still a child when I stand in front of you," the song resonates with listeners.	”
